The SteelHacks committee and the School of Computing and Information are delighted to bring you SteelHacks 2020, Pitt’s largest annual hackathon. SteelHacks will be held Friday, February 14th – 15th, 2020 in Alumni Hall, Connolly Ballroom.

The kick-off event will be on Friday, February 14th, 2020 at 5 p.m. in Alumni Hall, Connolly Ballroom.

The Project Expo and Closing Ceremony will take place on Saturday, February 15th, 2020 at 5:45 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in Alumni Hall, Connolly Ballroom.

The hackathon is for all undergraduates and graduates - in the Greater Pittsburgh area with or without a computer science background. All experience levels are encouraged to register. Come for a weekend filled with hacking, technical talks, mentorship, and fun!

If you are without a team or hacking experience, don’t stress! SteelHacks will feature team formation after the opening ceremony! We will even have mentors on site to help guide you through the hacking process.
