This is a great opportunity to join the University’s identity and access team, which is primarily responsible for various University identity, authentication and authorization systems.
You will be proud of contributing to systems that underpin everyone in the University. This position will start immediately and we will offer competitive pay. The initial contract will be a one year term and there is opportunity for long-term work if the candidate proves competent and reliable.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s or graduate degree
-Working knowledge of Git
-Some experience with shell scripting on Linux (esp in Bash)
Nice to have:
-Database replication and HA generally, experience with PostgreSQL and Patroni or similar DB HA toolsets
-Experience with Docker containers and compositions, configuration and administration
Additional assets (not required):
Some experience in Java development
