We’re looking for a coding enthusiast who likes to share their passion with others! We are a leading virtual classes organization serving thousands of families, looking to expand their product line.
We are recruiting a Curriculum Lead and Head Instructor for our Tech program.
You will be:
- Participating in identifying the best classes to develop
- Developing the curriculum for the classes under the supervision of our director of curriculum
- Testing the content on our beta group
- Instructing the classes and helping in selecting and training other staff for this group of classes.
- Involved in internal automation projects as needed.
You have:
- A self starter attitude and are an independent worker.
- 3rd year university student in a related field or higher education.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of powerpoint (slides) and zoom.
- Work well within a team.
- Have experience teaching or working at camps.
- Excellent english verbal and written skills.
- Knowledge of Minecraft, Roblox, Python and Scratch.
- Expertise at chess is an asset.
- Being Comfortable in French is an asset.
This is a part-time position with plans to grow during the summer months. The candidate must be able to work in February and March for 10-15 hours per week. We are a fully remote team and open to all applicants who are eligible to work in Canada.
