Are you struggling in university? Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed by school and want to learn how to cope?
Join us for a free workshop on managing academic stress. The goals of this workshop are to increase awareness and understanding of school-related and non-school related stress and to provide psychoeducation regarding anxiety and stress. Participants will learn various coping mechanisms so they can live a more balanced lifestyle. In a safe and supportive environment, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss their own experiences of anxiety and how it manifests—cognitively, emotionally, and physically.

Ashley Falco, MA, will faciliate this workshop. She is a Registered Psychotherapist at The Shift Collab and she provides individual therapy to clients dealing with various mental health concerns.
