Our First-Year Learning Communities (FLCs) and Second-Year Learning Communities (SLC) rely on a team of dedicated and engaged upper-year students to act as Peer Mentors. Our Peer Mentors design and facilitate bi-weekly sessions for small groups of students. In your year as a Peer Mentor, you:
• develop your leadership, programming and facilitation skills
• gain career-related knowledge and networking connections
• undertake training and workshops to consider how students learn
• form professional relationships with faculty, staff and peers
