The Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) Student Committee is introducing Math Salon: a series of talks by students and their supervisors.
Math Salon will be a monthly Zoom lecture on a research topic in any area of mathematics. From the comfort of your own home, attend a double serving of current mathematics developments. There will be a 30-minute talk from a student followed by a 30-minute talk from their supervisor to make the presentation accessible to as many students as possible.
The talks are free to attend but require registration: https://forms.gle/uhg7APHhGxL1jY6Y6
Note that while times will vary, the first talk will take place on March 16, and information on upcoming talks will be sent via email and can be found on our website.
