Information for registration and abstract submission
Please note that the 2021 CSSC registration and abstract submissions are done separately from SSC 2021. If you plan on submitting an abstract, you do not have to complete the registration form. The forms are available below:
The abstract submission deadline is Wednesday, March 31st, 2021 at 11:59PM EST. If you plan on submitting an abstract at both the annual SSC conference and the CSSC, also note that you are NOT allowed to give the same presentation at both conferences. However, we do welcome submissions presented in a different format from the SSC presentation (e.g. oral presentation at CSSC and poster presentation at SSC) or submissions with considerably different content.
We encourage French-speaking attendees to give their presentations in French with slides in English. Participants who submit their abstracts in both English and French are automatically entered in a random draw for our Translation Award! Submissions using an online translator will not be considered for this draw.
