AI SOFTWARE DEVELOPER / DATA SCIENTIST
Boss Insights is a back office software provider that provides insights on customer value and employee value so companies can make better business decisions tomorrow based on today’s information. The SSO system provides access to a suite of software to manage customers, employees, finance, operations and strategy. Clients can integrate with existing software or migrate to the Boss Insights solution. This is especially important for companies at the point of receiving their SEED or Series A investment given that an investor wants them to scale their success quickly and efficiently

Requirements:
- Strong understanding and experience in the field of AI and Machine Learning
- Experience developing ML models in real-world environments and integrating ML into production applications
- Software development in languages like Java, Python, Scala, JavaScript.
- Experience working with RESTful API and general service-oriented architectures.
- Data science background and experience manipulating/transforming data, model selection, model training, cross-validation and deployment.
- Experience with Machine and Deep Learning toolkits such as MXNet, TensorFlow, Caffe and Torch.
- Ability to envisage the end state of what you create and clearly communicate the steps to get there
