Abraham Heifets (2014 Ph.D., Computer Science, supervisor: Igor Jurisica) to speak at the next RBC Innovation & Entrepreneurship Speaker Series on Wednesday, November 28 at 5 pm at ONRamp (Banting Institute, 100 College Street, Suite 150).

Abe was still completing his Ph.D. thesis when he founded his company at the Impact Centre back in 2012 and now Atomwise, which uses AI to support drug discovery, has moved on to Silicon Valley and has recently raised $45 million. Abe will be speaking about his path from Ph.D. candidate to the CEO of a growing tech company.
