Undergraduate and Graduate students currently enrolled in a Canadian Post-Secondary Institution are invited to submit their designs to the 1st NSERC COHESA Competition. Successful teams will be invited to present their designs at the Annual NSERC COHESA Meeting in mid-summer 2021 (presentation and attendance will be done virtually, online — no travel is necessary). Students currently pursuing a capstone project are strongly encouraged to participate.
Criteria: The projects will be judged on their creativity, practicality, and potential usefulness by a panel of experts from industry and academia
Relevant Deadlines:
- Registration and Intent to Apply: April 15th.

- You will be asked to upload a 2-5 minute video describing your planned work: what you plan to do and why.
- Invitation to Participate: May 1st
- Final submission: June 15th.
- Invitations to finalists: June 30th.
- NSERC COHESA Annual Meeting: early to mid-July: Present your project.
