Quality Systems Associate (Co-op)
Insception Lifebank Cord Blood Program is Canada’s largest and most experienced cord blood program in Canada. As a market leader, Insception Lifebank is committed to providing clear and balanced educational information to help Canadian families make an informed decision regarding cord blood andcord tissue banking options.
We are looking for an Information Technology Intern. This is a co-op role (3 months), based out of our head office in Mississauga, Ontario.
List of Duties:
- Working on pricing changes project with Solution Architect and IT Manager to deploy them internally with minimal reliance on the Vendor.
- Understanding the linkages of other applications to Microsoft Dynamics GP and Online enrolment for pricing modifications.
- Attending to the need of first level support for applications such as Webportal and Enrolment.
- Ability to help out with UAT plans.
- Assist in creation and maintenance of technical documentation such as IT policies, validation documentation, including inventories of hardware and software, etc.
- Be available for duties outside of standard work week, serve as back-up at times for the rest of the team.
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Post-secondary degree/diploma course in an Information Technology discipline at a recognized Ontario
- College/University;
- Ability to understand and work with .net development best practices and standards
- Able to code and deploy SQL stored procedures, views and define table structures
- Organizational, planning, communication and team skills are essential
- Attention to detail
